We are looking for a service-oriented Onsite Technician for a long-term assignment within a larger and security-classified IT environment in Karlskoga. In this role, you will be a key person in ensuring a stable, efficient, and user-friendly IT work environment.

You will primarily work on-site, providing qualified support to end-users at their workstations as well as in common areas such as conference rooms. The assignment requires a high level of service, good communication skills, and a structured approach to work.

About the role

• Full-time, physical presence in Karlskoga

• Start: February 1, 2026

• Duration: until January 31, 2028

• Travel may occur

• Security clearance according to the Security Protection Act is required

Responsibilities

• Onsite support when remote control is insufficient

• Handling VIP cases

• Installation, configuration, and delivery of computers and IT equipment

• Support for printers and conference rooms

• Documentation in the case management system and knowledge database

• Updating the hardware register

• Support to other locations during operational disruptions and incidents

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in IT support / onsite support

• Thrives in larger or complex IT environments

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English

• Is structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused

• Has a B driver's license

Experience from security-classified operations is a merit.
